No publishing blog would be complete without some mention of the Kindle. I think I really want one, but only because it would be nice to not have to carry a hardcover around in my purse all the time. Call me a traditionalist, but the smell of books… well, you know what I’m talking about.
Have been hearing about these videos, The Book vs. The Kindle for a while but never really got around to watching. They’re quite funny, so definitely take a look. Plus, I have a crush on one of the guys in the video ;-)
My local library, The Perrot, just put up a sign at the front desk advertising they have Kindles! At the libary! How cool is that? Will report once I’ve tried it out.
